Coat the beef cubes with flour and seasoning.
Set the Ninja Foodi to sear/saute high.
Melt the wagyu fat or oil in the Foodi Pot.
Brown the beef completely.
Add the onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in the beer and stock.
Set the pressure cooker to high and for 25 minutes.
Quick release the pressure when 25 minutes is up.
Stir in the celery, mushrooms and carrots.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Stir it all up and shut the lid.
Set pressure cooker to high and for 5 minutes.
Quick release after the 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
