Remove the back membrane from ribs, trim any loose pieces.
Depending on what Woodfire you are using, you may need to cut the rack of ribs in half.
Season all sides of the ribs with BBQ Rub.
Add pellets to pellet hopper.
Set Woodfire to Smoker setting at 225F (107C). You can leave the default time as is.
Hit the start button and let Woodfire go through the IGN process.
Place ribs in the Woodfire.
Close the lid and begin smoking the ribs.
After 60 minutes, spritz them down with a mix of water and 2 oz of apple juice. Close lid.
Check on ribs every 15-20 minutes, spitz them if they appear to be dry.
Continue smoking ribs until they hit 205F (96C).
Brush the ribs down with the BBQ sauce.
Close the lid and smoke for another 5 minutes to set the BBQ sauce.
Remove the ribs from the Woodfire.
Slice them between the bones and enjoy!
