Remove loins from package. Dry them off,and slice off any extra fat or silver skin. Spray the loins with avocado oil.
Season loins with BBQ rub and addthermometer into the thickest part of theloin. Add pellets to NWG pellet hopper.
Set NWG to smoker setting at 250F (121C).You can leave the default time as is. Hit the start button and let NWG gothrough the ignition process. Add loins to the NWG and shut the lid.
Smoke the loins until they hit an internaltemperature of 140F (60C). Remove loins from NWG and let them restfor 10 minutes. As they rest the carry overtemps will go to 145F (62C). Slice loins against the grain and enjoy!
