We're smoking some beef short ribs on our Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill today. Just some BBQ seasoning and lots of smoke and we turn these short ribs into something that rivals any BBQ joint! Give these a try and thank me later!

Ingredients
- 4 lbs Beef short ribs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp BBQ Seasoning
Instructions
- Rub short ribs with olive oil, then season the short ribs with BBQ rub.
- Add pellets to NWG pellet hopper.
- Set NWG to smoker setting at 250F (121C). You can leave the default time as is.
- Hit the start button and let NWG go through the ignition process.
- Add short ribs to NWG, shut lid and start smoking the short ribs.
- Check on the short ribs every 30 minutes to make sure they’re not drying out, spitz with water if they appear dry.
- Smoke the short ribs for 1 hour. After that hour add another cup of pellets to hopper. Press and hold the Woodfire button for 3 seconds to restart the pellet burn process.
- Continue cooking until the internal temperatures of the short ribs hit 205-210F (96-99C) and they are probing tender.
- Remove short ribs from NWG and enjoy!
