Brisket Egg Rolls
This is such an easy egg roll recipe and can be used with any protein, shrimp, hamburger meat, sausage, etc… I used leftover smoked brisket and it was amazing!Â
Ingredients:Â
- Smoked Brisket.Â
- Salt and Pepper.Â
- Olive oil.Â
- Orange bell pepper – Diced.Â
- 1/2 red onion – Diced.Â
- 2 cups coleslaw mix.Â
- 1 cup bean sprouts.Â
- Egg roll wrappers.Â
- 1 egg beaten.Â
- Veggie oil.Â
Prep:Â
- Saute onions and peppers in olive oil with salt and pepper.Â
- Mix brisket, veggies and slaw mix in bowl.Â
- Spoon 1/2 cup or so into an egg roll wrapper.Â
- Wrap roll and seal with egg wash.Â
- Heat veggie oil to 350f.Â
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown.Â
- Let cool and enjoy!
